Accident investigation

We will carry and proceed professional accident investigation. We can save You some time and funds. We will help You avoid most common mistakes and minimalize the risk of meeting the public prosecutors, PIP employees, or having to reply on summons or participate in trials.

Employer’s obligations in case of an accident at work.

According to Art. 234 of the Labor Code

§ 1. In case of an accident at work the employer shall take the necessary measures to eliminate or limit the risk, provide first aid to injured persons and proceed the investigation resulting in establishing the circumstances and causes of the accident and take appropriate measures to prevent similar accidents.
§ 2. Employer is obligated to immediately inform the proper regional labor inspector and prosecutor about every serious, fatal or collective accident and about every other accident that caused effects listed above, related to work, if it can be considered as an accident at work.
§3. Employer is obligated to keep and update to accident register.
§ 31. Employer is obligated to keep the accident protocol along with all the relevant documentation for 10 years.
§ 4. The costs due to accident investigation are born on the employer.
